Your enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, contact details and project information. It prepares a message on your device. Selecting WhatsApp or email opens a draft; you choose whether to send it. The website does not upload the form contents or selected attachments to an enquiry database. Add attachments in WhatsApp or your email app before sending.

When you send a message, we use it to respond, discuss your project and manage any resulting professional engagement. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal documents unless specifically needed.

Website services

ATR Architects owns this website. Rendermachine develops and maintains it. Our hosting and content delivery providers may process technical request data, including IP addresses, for delivery, security and operation. Images and published portfolio content are delivered through Sanity. WhatsApp, your email provider and social platforms apply their own privacy policies when you use their services. Providers may process information outside your country.

Cookies and preferences

We store your theme choice and privacy preferences in your browser. Optional analytics and embedded YouTube videos stay disabled until you allow them. You can accept, reject or change these preferences using Cookie settings in the footer. If analytics is configured and allowed, Google Tag Manager may load measurement tools. We do not include enquiry contents in analytics events.

Retention and your choices

Messages you send remain in the communication service used to contact us. We retain enquiry and project correspondence as needed to respond, manage our relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw optional website consent by contacting the email above. Some professional records may need to be retained.
